John Callaway and the Midnight Tacos

It was an awesome first day in Nashville.  We’re tracking music in a great studio with a great producer…the same rooms where huge album tracks have been cut.  It is a good environment for creativity here out in the rolling hills in Franklin, TN.  

After a long day of tracking full-band songs, we headed out downtown to do the tourist thing.  A few onion rings and a couple of pitchers later, we found ourselves at the best taco stand ever.  I’m so glad we could do some studio work in addition to tacos on this Nashville trip.
