A Recording Sampler

Tracking at Castle Recording Studios with Rich Ramsey was a wonderful experience. Kyle, Eric and Kevin were awesome all weekend and made some great music. At the end of the session on Saturday I asked Rich to bounce out the songs exactly where they were with a rough mix. The two days we spent tracking were really only focused on bass and drums with the rest of the pieces to be added in later. In the sampler below you’ll hear the songs exactly as they were recorded with no editing, scratch vocals, scratch guitars and little to no effects. Later in the process I’ll post the songs as they progress from their beginnings as recordings on a laptop microphone to the finished product.
